Haleh Kouchmeshki, MA

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY DOCTORAL CANDIDATE
After years of training toward a future in neuropsychology, Haleh realized that she wanted to become more involved in the treatment as opposed to the diagnostic side of helping her clients. Specifically, Haleh’s passion lies in supporting individuals and families who live with ADHD and mild/moderate mood disorders. With a doctoral dissertation focusing on adolescent ADHD and its influence on the family context, Haleh utilizes empirically supported interventions as she works with her clients to support their needs. Furthermore, she has extensive training in mindfulness based interventions, which she frequently integrates into her sessions with clients.
Haleh is also the founder of NeuroObjectives, a boutique academic coaching business that teaches executive functioning and study skills to students with neurodiverse learning profiles.
Haleh was born and raised in Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.
